Arrival and departure time

Arrival: Saterday 4.00 - 8.00 pm.
Departure: Saturday, not later than 10.00 am.

Apartment equipment

We have been doing our best endeavours to make sure the apartment equipment is up to central-European standards. All apartments are equipped with a shower, toilet and hot and cold running water. The showers are provided with spray nozzle and partition. Except for 2 apartments, each apartment comprises separate shower/toilet. Each apartment is equipped with a 200 liter electric water heater and electric heater in the bathroom.

Kitchen equipment

The kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator, electric hot plates and exhaust hood, an automatic coffee-maker and a kitchen sink with plate rack. Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and other cooking utensils are available in a wide range.

Room equipment

Apartment accomodating up to 7:
- room with 3 separate beds, two of which may be used as a double bed as well.
- room accomodating 2 with bunk beds, the two parts of which may be used as separate beds as well.
- living/sleeping area with double sofa bed (with slatted base).

Apartment accomodating up to 5:
- room with three beds, as above
- living/sleeping area, as above

Power supply

All electrical appliances are secured by means of an appropriate main fuse.

Cleaning the apartment

The apartments are cleaned before being entrusted to the new tenants. If the apartment, at the moment of moving into, dos not seem properly cleaned to you, please let us know that very day, so that we can arrange for an additional cleaning. The kitchen and crockery should be cleaned and washed by the tenent. It goes without saying that the apartments are to be treated with care.

Number of occupants

The number of occupants shall never exeed the number fixed for each apartment. Children, whatever their age, shall be accounted for as any other person. Any excessive occupant shall not be accepted.

Pets

Pets are allowed, subject to a special arrangement with the letter.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is a private facillity, but is available to all our guests. Of course, one can only enter the swimming pool, after having taken a shower. The bassin is provided with a cold water feet shower.

Parking lot

With respect to the small-sized apartments, 1 parking bay is available per apartment; with respect to the large-sized apartments, 2 parking bays are available per apartment. In the latter case, the vehicles can only be stationed one behind another.

Terrace and garden furniture

The terraces are furnished with tables and chairs up to full capacity. Alongside the swimming pool, some deck chairs, arm chairs, chairs and tables are arranged. Also under the garden pine-trees, a number of groups of chairs and tables are gathered.

ATTENTION:

Electrical appliances, which are not equiped with a slim Europlug, can only be used when provided with an adapter.
irons and ironing boards may be borrowed from the management.
